2009/10 Events:
Stepps Annual Race Night - 27th March - 7.30pm till late
The hugely popular Stepps Race Night will once again be held at the Bowling Club at Muirhead. Tickets will be £5, and horses can be bought in advance for £2 each.
Please bring along your friends and family, and please sell as many horses as you can in advance. Remember, if your horse wins a race, you win a bottle of champagne!

Stepps Annual Club Dinner - 24th April - 7.30pm till late
The annual Club Awards Dinner will be held in the Lorne Hotel in Glasgow. Tickets will be £50 per couple, and for this you will get a fantastic 3 course meal.
This is a couples night, and it will be a high class affair, so please get the date into your diary now!

Past Events
Ceilidh - 14th November 2009 - 7pm till late
The ceilidh has been and gone, but each of the 130 people who arrived certainly seemed to enjoy the evening!
With music provided by Jiggered (www.jiggered.com - well worth a visit), stacks of food provided by the Spicy Bite and a bar (a Stepps ceilidh first!) we couldn't have asked for more from the evening.
And of course, the event is a fundraiser for the club. Estimates so far are that we will have gathered in around £750 which will greatly help towards the club's running costs in the new year.

Wine Tasting - 3rd of October 2009 - 7.30pm to 10.30pm
Our thanks go to Craig Combe for organising a fantastic evening of wine tasting. Both wine and conversation flowed throughout the evening, and the 40 people who attended have helped to raise a substantial amount of money for the club.
Congratulations also go to Alastair McCall, who took home the magnum of champagne after winning the raffle.

Stepps Sixes - 8th August 2009 - 12pm to 5pm
Despite the mixed weather, the annual event was well attended. With teams from East Kilbride and Lanarkshire, as well as four teams from Stepps, the competition was intense, but in the end the Stepps 'A' team were victorius after beating Stepps 'B' on penalties after the final.
